The origin of St James Valuation was a belief that the Big 4 were too often conflicted, too expensive and with limited partner engagement and that there was demand for a more boutique approach. What was true in 2019 when we launched has been proven beyond a doubt by 2021. We are therefore extremely excited to be able to announce that from September 2021 we will be joining Interpath Advisory to supercharge our growth. Interpath was launched in May 2021 following the sale of KPMG’s UK Restructuring practice to a newco backed by H.I.G. Capital. With over 40 Managing Directors and 500 people, the firmhas ambitious plans to build on its proud heritage by building out a full set of complimentary services including valuation, forensics and M&A, both here in the UK and internationally.
