Dr. Pearle has served a Pulmonary Expert in numerous cases, both as a Plaintiff and Defense witness. He has extensive deposition and trial experience. He has performed many Independent Medical Exams on a variety of Pulmonary Issues.

Dr. Pearle has over 30 years of experience in all aspects of Pulmonary Medicine. He currently is available as a Medi-legal Consultant as well as a practicing Pulmonologist.
Hospital Experience
Dr. Pearle has been a Hospital Chief of Staff, Hospital Medical Director, Hospitalist, Intensivist, and Pulmonary Consultant.
Clinical Research
Dr. Pearle is CEO and Principal Investigator for California Research Medical Group, Inc. He has been a Principal Investigator in over one hundred clinical trials.
